Unlock Your Energy is a 10-week small group coaching experience designed to help you reduce overwhelm, understand your energy more clearly, and build self-care that actually fits your life.

How the program works
Unlock Your Energy runs over 10 weeks and combines four elements:
1. Short, ADHD-friendly lessons
You engage with weekly content at your own pace. Watch, listen, or read when it works for you.
2. Live group coaching and reflection
You are supported in applying the ideas to your real life, not an ideal version of it.
3. Body-doubling and co-working sessions
Gentle accountability to help you start, continue, or finish what matters to you.
4. Community connection
You are not doing this alone. You are supported by people who get it.
You don’t have to attend everything.
You don’t have to keep up perfectly.
The structure is designed to support you even when your energy fluctuates.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE AT-A-GLANCE
Beginning April 13, 2026, each week of Unlock Your Energy, we will:
- Mondays: 1:30–2:30 PM ET
GET READY with a facilitated session to set intentions and priorities for the week ahead. - Fridays 1:30–2:30 PM ET
GET SET with a reflective coaching session to review what worked, what did not, and what to adjust. - Body-Doubling/Co-working: Various days/times
LET'S GO with optional body-doubling and co-working sessions offered a various times throughout the week.
Everything lives in one place on a private platform that houses lessons, events, and community.

Frequently asked questions
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
All lessons are available asynchronously, and live sessions are optional. You can engage in a way that fits your schedule and energy.
How much time do I need each week?
Most people spend one to two hours per week, including lessons and optional live sessions. Some weeks more, some less.
Is this only for people with ADHD?
Not at all! The program is ADHD-informed and designed with ADHD nervous systems in mind, yet is also of value to anyone experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or energy challenges.
Is this a support group?
No. This is a coaching-led program with structure, education, and accountability, supported by community.
I live outside of North America. Can I join?
You bet! We often have participants join from a variety of different countries and time zones.
What if I’m not sure this is for me?
