What is ADHD / Executive Functioning Coaching?
ADHD coaching is for people who, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder to thrive as it relates to life's practicalities like working memory problems, organizational skills, time management, and any other executive function difficulties an individual may be experiencing.

An ADHD Coach works WITH you to better understand how YOUR unique brain wiring works. Your coach can identify and bring awareness to when, and where the ADHD-wired mind begins to spiral and loses focus away from your desired outcomes. Instead of continuing down a negative path, you get to create AND employ strategies that foster a mindset and pattern of behaviors that nourish positive and empowering self-beliefs based on the strengths and resources YOU already possess and build on those to have YOU function better in the areas YOU wish, in ways that serve you best.
